These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the aqnovatrixel.com website (hereinafter, the “Site”), operated by Aqnovatrixel S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-3, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The purpose of the Site is to provide information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and to allow subscription to an informational newsletter. The Site does not constitute an offer of securities or an investment recommendation.
2. Acceptance
Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, we ask you not to continue using the Site.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with current Argentinian legislation, without affecting the operation of the Site or the rights of Aqnovatrixel or third parties.

Published information is of a general and informational nature. Aqnovatrixel makes reasonable efforts to keep it up to date as of 2026, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for a particular investment decision.

Aqnovatrixel will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the Site or the information published on it, to the maximum extent permitted by Argentinian law.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
